Shipping Costs
We have tried to make shipping costs as transparent and fair as possible.
We do offer free shipping on our most common items such as the VNT Boost control kits.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are usually processed and shipped the same business day providing the order is placed before 1PM AEST.
However there will be days that the order cannot be dispatched the same day and will leave the following business day. If your order is urgent please call or email us before placing it so we can inform you whether same day dispatch will occur on that particular day.
Occasionally we may not have all items you order in stock, in which case we will let you know how long until they are back in stock and the revised delivery date.
All items are sent on express services with Australia post for domestic orders or DHL for international orders.
Australia Post Express 1-2days to other metro areas.
2-3 days to Perth and other W.A locations.
The delivery time to rural areas will vary wildly. We are based in Caboolture 4510 Queensland.

Who will deliver my order?
We use Australia Post to ship all orders unless otherwise requested.
What if I’m not home at the time of delivery?
The standard Australia Post procedures apply, usually a card will be left indicating where you can collect your item from.
I haven’t received my order – now what?
On the rare occasion that delivery has taken longer than anticipated please email sales@tillix.com.au. We will take a look at your order details and try to locate your order.
We believe 100% in our performance tuning products
A large amount of time and effort has been taken to develop, test and evaluate our performance tuning products. Although we don’t manufacture these products ourselves, we do test them regularly to make sure they are suitable for purpose and have the quality we expect.
If you receive a faulty product, or the product does not meet your reasonable expectation of quality, please email sales@tillix.com.au with your concerns. We’ll do our best to make sure your product is replaced or you are refunded the original purchase price.
