The Tillix Valve is used to control the boost level in vacuum-actuated turbo diesel vehicles. Often smoothing the turbocharges boost curve. As well as giving the end user the final say in how much boost is applied to the engine.
The valve-only kit will only allow maximum boost adjustment. If you would like to control of the spool-up rate of the turbocharger as well. Please look at the full kit that includes additional hardware to achieve this.

This is a basic kit that includes silicone hose, cable ties, T-pieces, and an Instruction set (QR Code or USB Stick)

As well as the usual brands such as Nissan and Mitsubishi, that benefit from aftermarket boost control.
There are other applications such as Hyundai I-Load/I-Maxx known for unreliable boost control solenoids leading to turbocharger failure.
Early 2000s Mercedes Benz and other European builds also suffer similar issues.

recently change from a dawes valve to the tillix and couldnt be happier! with the dawes, i had basically no control of the boost once i increased it above 15psi. it would be smooth from 0-15PSI the would fluctuate from 12-17psi all the way through the rev range and would occasionally hit limp mode when accelerating. installed the tillix valve in its place, and with 2 small adjustments it was set at 20psi. it rises from 0-20PSI nice and smooth and holds at 20 all the way till i shift gears. it no longer hits limp mode at all! to say i am happy is an understatement!

Awesome product. I have been fitting Dawes and needle valves to patrols for years so I know my way around NADS.
The tillix valve is easier to install and adjust, and it’s performance exceeds the Dawes valve hands down.
I replaced my Dawes valve (with updated Spring) with a tillix. Delivery was fast and well packaged. The instructions on usb is a good touch. My boost is now smoother with less bounce which improves performance and eliminates limp mode.

Forget about the Dawes Valve, they’re not even worth a second thought compared to a Tillix Valve. So much smoother through the full boost range and a lot easier to adjust. If you stick to the usb instructions included, you can’t go wrong. Seriously, throw your Dawes Valve away and get a Tillix from these guys, you’ll be glad you did.

Installed the Tillix in combination with needle valve to bypass the stupid Nissan boost control system & get exhaust temps down. Operation of the Tillix is nice & smooth with no tools required to adjust. Delivery was quick & came with installation instructions on USB.

Bought the tilix valve and egr block for my 05 patrol 3l,it has been awsome, performance and fuel econ has improved its like a different rig, i can get 16 psi without going into limp mode and is so responsive and powerful now and the boost is so stable??
