Custom fuel compensator pins to suit most boost-compensated fuel pumps.
These custom pins will fit most VE-style injection pumps including but not limited to
Nissan TD42, SD33, QD32.
Toyota 1HZ, 1HD-T, 1HD-FT.
Various Toyota, Mitsubishi, Mazda, and Isuzu fuel pumps use the same 10.9mm diameter pin.
Aftermarket pumps don’t always use the same diameter or length of pin as a stock VE pump does. If ordering for an aftermarket pump. Remove the pin first and determine the diameter and length to ensure they have used a 10.8-10.9mm pin.
These pins have been nitrided and nickel plated for the ultimate in surface hardness and durability for long service life. There is also a 45-degree relief cut into the bottom of the pin to allow easy installation into the Denso pumps that run a spring on the aneroid follower.
Our OG Fuel pin https://www.tillix.com.au/product/custom-fuel-comp-pin/ was designed to keep the off boost/low down fueling very mild for everyday driving using factory fuel pumps while allowing the pump to deliver its maximum fuel capacity when higher boost pressures were being run.
The Medium and Aggressive (Pin #2 and Pin #5) are both designed to get things moving along a little bit faster in the bottom end of the rev range. Allowing the fuel pump to ramp in and deliver more CC of fuel to get larger turbos up on boost quickly.
Both of these pins also have a deeper profile all the way to the end of their stroke meaning the pump will be delivering all of its available fuel without any grinding or cutting of the pin required.
